From March 11 - 14th I was running all around the Outer Banks photographing this years' Taste of the Beach. The OBX's Taste of the Beach is a yearly event held by the Outer Banks Restaurant Association and has been ranked as one of the top 10 Seafood & Wine Festivals in the country by Coastal Living Magazine!

Congrats Melissa & Scott!

These are some of my top picks from the portrait shoot of Melissa & Scott the morning after their wedding this July...I had them up at the crack of dawn at Coquina Beach (one of my favorite spots on the beach)!...I especially had fun with the Black & White photographs!

A shot from LaRee' and Mark's sunrise ceremony this month (a super sweet couple!!!)...I had it hanging around on my desktop and thought I might as well post it!...

Just wanted to share a few pics from the UNC game I went to with Jeff last night! We sat 3rd row opposite the team, and I just couldn't resist snapping a couple shots with my little point-n-shoot :) Here's for all you Tarheels!!!

The OBWA Wedding Expo

So the OBWA Wedding Expo this past weekend was a blast...exciting, exhausting, a complete whirlwind, and overall an awesome time! I was replying to inquiries all day yesterday (these little fingers are wornout from all the typing!) I met some great couples, got to see lots of old OBWA friends, and meet some super friendly new vendors!

And I was pleasantly surprised to see one of my images, FULL SPREAD!, on page 48 of the 2009 Outer Banks Bride Magazine! Here's a little preview....

It's the BIG question for every professional photographer (and one that has kept me up some nights)...Who is gonna take my wedding pictures?!?!
